Addis Ababa, April 11, 2022 (FBC) – Ethiopians, Eritreans and friends rallied in Washington D.C. against H.R. 6600 and S. 3199 draft bills proposed by the U.S. congressmen and senators to sanction Ethiopia. The peaceful demonstration took place outside the White House.
According to Peace and Unity for Ethiopia Taskforce, the demonstrators echoed slogans that such as
H.R. 6600 and S. 3199 hurt Ethiopia and Ethiopians,
Withdraw H.R. 6600 and S. 3199
and
H.R. 6600 and S. 3199 sever relations between Ethiopia and the U.S.
The Taskforce also stated that similar rally will take place in Los Angeles, California on Monday. The demonstrators in Los Angeles are expected to denounce Congressman
Brad Sherman, who represents the 30th District of California in the U.S. congress.

Happening NOW: outside Congressman Brad Sherman’s office, saying NO to sanctions on Ethiopia and Eritrea! #BreakTheSilence
Today I supported our Ethiopian & Eritrean communities in #CA-32 at Rep @BradSherman’s office for a protest. I believe representatives should listen to their constituents, even if they may disagree. All they are asking for, is a meeting to be heard on the conflict in Ethiopia.

I wholeheartedly concur with the above statements! Yes, the gentleman works tirelessly to bring facts, news, and views from back home and/or from around wherever the diaspora is! He does that with dignified presentations that hurt no one except perhaps those bloody fool people who have an inherent hatred of Eritrea and anything Eritrean. Kudos to Dr Z!

Inda higdef good evening,
Just to help out zemeslo, in eritrea thanks to issu lol, we have 6 zobatat which issu your god has singlehandedly designed and you have pointed them out in English and tigrigna, however, there are some eris who don't understand both languages, hence I thought why not interpret it to the remaining 8 ethnic groups who understand Arabic more. Well let's go:
By zobas is meant AQALIM and as such:
Zoba maakel means AQLIM ALWASAT
zoba semenawi QeyiH bahri means AKLIM SHUMAL AL BAHAR ALAHMER
Zoba debub QeyiH bahri means AKILM JINUB ALBAHAR ALAHMER
Zoba debub means AKILM AL JINUB
Zoba gash barka means AKLIM GASH-BARKA
Zoba anseba means AKLIM ANSEBA
Just to add, the capital cities of the regions remained same as the italians left them. No change.
Hey, I was watching Welkitte town shared by an ethiopian, believe me, it looks much better than asmara. Forget the other ethio big cities.

If you were Eritrean, you would have understood that proper names do not get translated into other languages. If your Ugum name is Tsadqan, for example, one can not accuse you of not changing your name into "holy" in English. "ዞባ ማእከል" is "zoba maekel" and not "Central region" and nothing else!

Listen to this fág- twát, al amoudi boyfriend!
PIA was asked about this issue precisely & he recounted the idea was not his, eventhough a fantastic one.
Besides, the reason for the change is to eliminate the regional rivalries created by the British & further perpetuated by the HS regime. At that time, one could for ex see the result of it amongst football fans (ganta Hamma...ganta Seraye...) and the violence they were displaying amongst each other.
Little negró, the pfdj is simply correcting what your white godz instigated.
