number 3. i suggest EAL to hire those who speak foreign language and they do hire the Chinese.... but i am not saying they hear me.. all i am saying i bought the idea first and ER help me to do so

number 4. i suggested company and government ministers to get paid the market price. today CEO of a bank getting 100,000 birr we getting there

number 5. i suggest bank and government to digitized ... to day they tried national ID and bank ID E Government they are working on it

number 9. i use ER as teaching tool to teach many ER old timers ... i teach them about democracy .. i teach them America is not democracy... and i also told those ER residence Ethiopia doesn't have ethnic federalism because if Ethiopia does ethnic fed. then we would have 81 region instead of 9 or 10

number 10. i teach the ER residence about eminent domain: skin in the game, rule of war winner take it all, i still have to go long long way but they r catching on

number 11. even yesterday i teach them about digital library ... I told DDT TO keep his old book but scan the book and send it electronically that way everyone will copy their book not ten but their whole book without losing their book. the physical copy of the book stay with them but the scan one goes to Ethiopian National Digital library
