ስንቱ ይሆን ይህን ተከትሎ የገዛ ገንዘቡን በፈታሾች የሚመነተፈው? ዶላር መያዝ ወንጀልም፣ ብርቅም የሚሆንበት ግዜ እስኪያልፍ በህጋዊ መንገድ መንዝሮ በብር ማስቀመጡ አይከፋም።

Does this rule apply to only Ethiopians with Ethiopia citizens or to all who landed in Bole Air port? I think Ethiopians with citizens of other countries seem immune including,ofcourse foreigners

The intention is for Ethiopians who reside in Ethiopia. But an Ethiopian diaspora who just arrived there or any ethiopian looking individual with legitimate foreign currency will be negatively affected by this anarchic law. If you are even walking to the bank to exchange your currency
, a policeman can stop you before you enter the bank and confiscate your money. Because you don't get processed, you have no way of establishing your identity or legitimacy of the currency you just lost to the many corrupt policemen who are part of the organized and hodam mafias of PP.
