In another words the usa is pursuing it's old policy of isolating eritrean ports and eritrea as a whole. This is why also that's why is standing with russia against usa-eu. After 25 years of illegal sanctions on eritrea by usa, eritrea is returning that favor by refusing to stand against russia. Because only russia,china stood agains usa illegal sanctions on eritrea.

I think usa is forcing the bipolar ethiopian pm to use djibouti port instead of asseb,massawa,eritrean ports.
