It is said to be just a symbolic vote without any effect on the ground. Western countries bully smaller ones into submission and coerce them to vote with them, but to no avail so far. They will definitely come back again.

1st vote: 141 in support compared to 140 in the 2nd vote
1st vote 35 abstainees compared to 38 on the second vote.
1st vote 5 against compared to the same 5 in the second vote as well, unchanged.
What they have got for initiating this round of vote? This laughable if not anything else.
