ፅሁፉ የሚለው በ US Government ማዕቀብ ውስጥ የሚገኙ ተቋማት እና ግለሰቦች ብር እንዳይላክላቸው/እንዳይላክባቸው መቆጣጠሪያ መንገድም ይታሰብ ነው እያሉ ያሉት።
ለሌላው ህዝብ የሚላከውን dollar አይደለም።
