This is nothing, as mines in the DRC are already owned by fu.cking American, South African, and nowadays Chinese companies.

Guess what! A few years ago, I watched a Congolese minister saying this: "We used to tax foreign mining companies, but nowadays we've 5% share in the mining."

What a bullshit! He was happy of owing 5% of their own God-given resources!
