Tarik, at this point eritrea seems so fed up with the bipolar pm of ethiopia, that semere even didn't meet up with him in addis abeba, he just met with the president sahleworq and departed back to eritrea. This bipolar is immature pm. eritrea may or may not send an ambassador to ethiopia, if it did it will send an unknown low lever figure just like bipolar pm. Or may be it won't, because semere left quietly and that's a sign that the relations are very cold at the moment.
