There should not be any Amhara region

The Amhara region was created by Meles Zenawi. It is new. Gonder has been part of Tigray. Wello has been part of Agew. Shoa has been a province with many tribes co-existing. Amharic speakers are not Ethiopians. They are Bantu migrants to East Africa like The Galla or Oromo.

Amhara never objected to your suggestion except for a minor correction, Tigre has been part of Gondar. No matter how you slice it, your annexation dream will only bring misery and death to your folks. Let's go to the previously well established provinces like you said with self administration for each one of them. Actually that would have avoided all the unnecessary death of the half a million Tigres. The Bantus are now here and you ain't able to relocate them
History isn't on your side on any claim ..so you better swallow your empty gura and get your arxx ready for genuine self administration.
