Why is the activisim to stop HR6600 losing steam?

On twitter, FB or any other social media, there is not much effort towards the effort to oppose and stop HR6600 bill from passing. There's a flyer that has added Eritreans to the call. Unlike before, they don't seem to be interested in this endeavor.

Where are the original leaders? Why are they quite? And didn't Abiy tell you not to say "#NOMORE"?
