Is Putin Suicidal ?

Anyone that has followed Putin's perception of the US bullying the Soviet Union, can not be counted out. Perhaps, he has nothing to lose in his mind. The US has gotten most of its nuclear arsenal the last thirty years. From 20,000 nuclear warheads, now it is about 5400. The Russian Nuclear arsenal dwindled from aroung 10,000 to a little less than 6000. Now, his fingers are on the Hukes. Psychologists and Psychiatrists need to get down on his mental status at the present. Danger looms .
