If you cannot take advantage now when???
If you cannot use over 120 air bombers when and why you bought them to begin with???
If you cannot do it yourself for your own long term interest who is going to do it, trump???

Trump will never going to do it, he has been building the whole of his life and understands the value of development, there are our own banda (traitors), who can readily "demolish" the flagship dam of the nation, if they were only given the opportunity.
But there is a saying which goes like "snake was created legless with the knowledge of its venomous nature", or something very similar.
You will never be in a position to do that in the whole of your life.
