Amhara led Ethiopia can have a coastline based on the will of the Eritrean Government or Somaliland government or Djbouti Government but not on its own. Trade is possible between all the nations without the need for Ethiopia even having a navy. What does a navy do other than fight wars? Ethiopia has naval 0 wars to fight. All Ethiopia needs is free-trade achieved through peace and not violence or bravado. Ethiopia can gain access to Masawa and Asab by peace not by Haytatawi Gura
