How come this happens?

Embassy is opened, but the Food-store is Empty. Is the arms depot empty too? What is Tigray's priority need, food or war?

My poor Tigre people are entangled with conflicting choices of either babysitting TPLF or dumping it for eternity and get access to their Ethiopia - their food granary and everything. Where there is TPLF, starvation, violence, death and displacement are ubiquitous. You want food, so disown TPLF.
