You will not be brought to the court until the registration Number of the gun is checked from the original manufacturing place be it Russia or other East European countries.
then the Eritrean Authorities investigate the tresses of that illegal gun and how it entered the country. and ask the neighbouring
countries for an explanation of how and why that illegal gun crossed into their country, then the illegal gun owner will start his punishment.
