በቅርቡ የሰማሁት ዜና ነዉ ይህን ጥያቄ ያስጠየቀኝ። መርሳት ያልቻልኩኝ።

በደርግ ዘመን ኣንድ ጓደኛዬ ሌላዉን ጓደኛችን ጥያቄ ሲጠይቅ ሰማሁ። ኮሌጅ ነበርን። የጠያቂዉን ማህበረስብ በዉል ኣላዉቅም። ስለማልጠይቅ። ጉራግኛ ተናጋሪ የቡታጅራ ሰዉ ነዉ።

ጥያቄዉ ነቀምቴ አጠገቡ እያለ ለምን የፍንጫያ ኤሌክትሪክ ወደ መቀሌ እንዲዘረጋ ይታቀዳል ወይም ይሄዳል ነዉ። በግዜዉ እንደዚህ አይነት ዕቅድ መኖሩን ኣላዉቅም ነበር። ትክክል መሆኑንም ኣላዉቅም። ጥያቄዉን ሰምቼ ገርሞኝ ልብ ያልኩት ነዉ።

ይህ ነዉ የቀድሞዉ ጥያቄ። የማከብረዉን መቀሌ ከተማ ለመዉቀስ ኣይዴለም።

የዘንድሮዉ ጥያቄ በኢትዮጵያ ታሪክ ዉስጥ ግዙፍ ከሚባሉት ፕሮጀክቶች ኣንዱ የህዳሴ ግድብ ወለጋ ዉስጥ ሆኖ እያተሰማ እንዴት ሆኖ ነዉ በዛዉ አከባቢ የዜጎች እልቂት በዚሁ ወቅት የሚሰማዉ ነዉ። በዚህ እልቂት ዉስጥ የተሳተፉት ግዚፉ ፕሮጀክት የነሱም ሆኖ ኣይታያቸዉም ወይስ ስለ ፕሮጀክቱ ያልሰሙ ናቸዉ? ሊገባኝ ኣልቻለም።

I am so in love with Abey Tigeai, we have done a lot of paper wise but on the ground not much.

The GERD dam is located NOT in Wollega but in the far end of the Benishangule-Gumuz Kilil, only 15kms away from the Sudanese border. Of course, that part was used to be part of the old Wollega Teklay-Gizat/Kifle-Hager.

Also, remember that the clever-by-half & equally መሰሪ woyane-habashis had their own insidious agenda to build the dam that far & closer to the Sudan border. The woyanes had a grand national plan of seceding/breaking-away from Ethiopia by also grabbing regions where the Derg regime settled nearly a million Tegarus in Metekel (Asosa), now part of the Benishangule-Gumuz Kilil, Gambella, Western Wollega, etc.

In Benishangule-Gumuz Kilil & in Wollega; nearly two million ethnic Amharas & ethnic Tigres had been settled during the famines of the mid-late 1980s. Today, all those settlers have vastly multiplied in numbers. In places the settlers have become the majority population especially in the 'Shanqila regions' of Metekel/Benishagule-Gumuz, Gambella, etc.

More significantly, these habashi [Amhara & Tegaru] settlers have organised & armed themselves so well with the assistance of the governments of the Amhara & Tigray Kilils aka by their co-tribalists.

Poor Oromos of Wollega too are struggling against the better-armed & organised Amhara & Tegaru settlers in Wollega who had been unleashed on them by the Derg & by the Amhara bureaucrats that have always dominated the Ethiopian bureaucracy+key institutions.

Remember too how as far as Oromos are concerned, the two habesha tribes [Amhara & Tigres+Eritreans] have - more or less - a similar & negative view. BOTH remain the the sworn enemies of the Oromo people.

That is: you need to widen your horizon & look at things from different & not always so obvious angles/perspectives. OK? .. Good man.

There is no pim...ping like Yabello po..mping. Tegadaly Yaballo since when you got baptized with an Oromo cause..weyanne got beaten badly now they became an enemy of Oromo....what garbage carries your neck..wuss.
