ATV, the terror grp affiliated, anti-Eritrea channel was the first to release this propaganda video on YouTube as "Eritrean refugees". A day later, the story was upgraded to "civilians from Tigray" to get maximum attention. Both are aimed at tarnishing the Eritrean army.
