He is just implying about sheltering OLF/aka Shene/ indefinitely so as to cleanse ethnic Amhara living in the so called Oromiya. Very elementary, it is intentional harboring or giving safe heaven for criminals. It is criminal negligence which is conduct where an authority ignores an obvious risk or disregards the life and safety of those within his sphere of authority or influence. Amhara people lives does not matter, only OLF lives matter. That is what is implied and it is a call to silence the voices of reason and justice.

When Ethiopia sent its troops to defeat the islamists in Somalia (the Islamic Court?), which many around the world considered is a backward and religious extremist group in that country, it was at the invitation of the legitimate Somalian government itself that Ethiopia responded to. Did Ethiopia went in without any request from the home government, then it wlould have been considered an aggression on Somalia and Ethiopia would have been bogged down there for many years or accept defeat and come back.

Extremists can't support anybody, only themselves.

Amhara extremists would love to be invited in because the best partner in crime for them is Shanee in Oromia, (TPLF is no more viable for the entity) if Shanee is removed, then ABN is also removed, but it wants to sustain itself.
