The unnamed general alleged to have been discharged 2 days ago is actually general Filipos.

It is unlikely Issaias will remove Gen Filipos in this manner because he is the closest to and the most loyal for the president. However, if this is true and there is some rift between Issaias and Filipos, it will be the end of Filipos. Better save himself before Issaias finishes him. No person who challenged Issaias has come out alive to tell his tale, except very few lucky ones. One of them is the Jeberti Ali Abdu who jailed so many innocent journalists and writers, before he run away to Australia sacrificing some of his own family in Eritrean prisons.
