I am not objecting the science and the technology which is very common practice in the developed world. I am objecting the lies of Abiy Ahmed.

Lol.. what is so amazing is the stupid wutaf nekais trying to defend the undefinable. Cloud gathering and forcing rain is a technology that is proven in theory and never passed beyond laboratory experment. More over, it is so expensive to implement so it will remain a science fiction.
But the discussion here is not focused on the technology, it is the false promise of Mamo Killo just like Isreal Dansa that promises God will enrich his stupid and greedy followers with 300 million dollars.

Those in their sixties can be excused for hoping on technology as they are not even accustomed with AI but dare to explain it to others. Their stupidity is hoping for miracle from an individual like mamo Killo after living in this world for the last 60 years and still not learning from SingApoor or other failures.

The problem is not being against or pro-science, but how much thought, research and discussion was into it, before the adoption of artificial raining. And at the same time, is it sincere and feasible for today's Ethiopia to venture on huge projects concurrently or is just for a show? Why don't we do each of us do a quick internet research. I just stumbled on the following link, hope there are plenty like this, may be even more academical ones. Read at least the conclusion, regarding the long term destructive impact of the rest of the country. Which means if this artificial rain project were successful in the arid areas of the pastoralist population, it is highly likely the rainy seasons of those in the moist areas of West Shoa, Wollega, Gojjam,Gamogofa, Illubabor, Gondar, West & South Wollo, Keffa would be affected because their natural pattern of cloud formation is disrupted by human intervention, it is hijacked by artificial rain. Chemical debris is another disadvantage. Anyway, some of you simplified this being either being a tech savvy or non-tech generation.
