If the USA wants to strike Issaias Afeworki's hideout and office in Adi Halo which is only about 100 km from an American frigate in the Red Sea, they can easily do it without sending any Seal commando. There are about twenty poorly armed guards surrounding the Adi Halo "palace", without any anti aircraft gun or any night vision googles at their disposal.
