Prior to the Ottoman expansion, Egypt's inhabitants were black and its rulers were also black. It was the Ottoman empire that brought the fucking Arab population, which now inhabits Egypt. Therefore, it's both unjust and incorrect to attribute ancient Egypt’s greatness to the Arab Egyptians.

Before this expansion, even Arabia was full of blacks who eventually fled into Africa and India.

It's also believed that the ancient Turks were black as well. For instance, the founder of the Ottoman dynasty, called Ousman, was also a black man.
