the trend should be Diaspora and local investors to focus on places outside AA .places such as Bahir dar,Desse ,Gonder and Debre birhan have huge potential than grabby AA.
It is time to abandon AA as PP wants demographic change by settling more oromos.

I would say put Bahirdar a finiancial centre ~ Gonder the industrial centre ~ Desie the entertainment (Hollywood) centre ~ Debre Berhan the cultural centre of Horn of Africa. If the Eritreans and Tigrians (minus the TPLF) behave well and Sudan join the party ~ there you have it a new frontier of civilization. The rest of Ethiopia (minus PP) will join without a fight.
