I am sorry but i failed to understand why a land lack country needs to create a NAVY? What is the logic? Ethiopia needs modern agricultural and organic food production to the middle east and beyond. There is a market for it and all you need to grow food is, soil, water and people to do the job. Ethiopia have all of that but still begging. Well a country is led by his own words he told as he the "best beggar" When a leader say that, it is nothing but depressing. Melles told us steeling is a job as long us you don't get caught. no wonder why we are so F-UP.
