Ethiopia needs to be a mixed form of state organisation: Federal and Unitary democratic. We do not want TPLF or OLF or Amhara extremists to be part of government. We want just groups like Prosperity |Party, EPRP, EDP etc to take power. We are one country, not a coalition of groups. What happened in the past has happened. We need to form a new government which stands for equality and justice of every corner and village of our country. Eritrea should not be allowed to interfere in our affairs. We need to give Ethiopians the Red Sea back.Neither TPLF nor OLF will come to power. We had enough!

It was Saint Moa Iyesus from Zagwe Kingdom who taught Yekuno Amlak of Bete Amhara to crown himself as Emperor.

The reason was after Queen Gudit destroyed Aksum. The Aksumite King Dil Noad fled to Amhara Region in Lakomelza around 900AD. With regard to the strategic relationship between Tigray and Oromia, this is not a new development. From 1991 until the start of the Oromia riot, Ethiopia was stabilized by the covert understanding between Tigray ( TPLF) and Oromia leaders ( during the transition period OLF but later with the Abadula led Oromo/EPRDF party). Once that covert strategic relationship was fractured during the Oromia riots , the OroAmara tactical alliance came to the scene. OroAmara alliance cannot be strategic as both have unreconciling and conflicting goals and that has to be replaced by a brand new broad based and well negotiated Oromia - Tigray alliance. Once that is done this alliance could be used as the nucleus or the backbone to bring all key stakeholders to participate on the future of Ethiopia which has to be a unified but at the same time diversified.
