OT: Daughter needs help

Selam! My wife , Mahelet, is half Eritrean/ half Ethiopian and we have a 1 year old daughter! We are trying to raise donations for our daughter to get surgery, she has an Umbilical Hernia (medical term)..any help is so appreciated! Amesehenalew!
