I see you're misled by an earlier post of mine in which I said that Somaliland was free to sign contracts and deals with whoever it wanted to. Boy, land, sea, and air are not included, as these are the property of Somalia and not Somaliland.
FYI, without the green light of Somalia neither DP World nor Ethiopia would have dared to invest in Berbera port. This was achieved with the permission of the Somali government, to contribute to Somaliland's income generation.
If Ethiopia recognising this mindless enclave had any chance to work, Midget Meles Zenawi (May he rot in hell) would have tried it.
