You don't negotiate,show mercy to terrorists like shifta tplf.
The ultimate goal when fighting with terrorist shifta tplf should be their ultimate demise,you should never back down or show mercy or negotiate with parasites like shifta tplf, otherwise they will spread everywhere like viruses.
