I think Guad Menge is possibly the worst leader Ethiopia had but if the upcoming reconciliation is not another gimmick by the upstart PM, Mengistu needs to come home to his mother land and be afforded the grace of passing away peacefully among his ancestors rather than in exile, if TPLF hooligans can be pardoned with a view of making the upcoming reconciliation thorough and long lasting, I don't see why Mengistu shouldn't.
