Estimates/forecasts for 2021 & 2022, for others in region:




Human capacity building in many areas is critical to any nation-building. It's encouraging to see the government is investing a hunge chunk of its meagre resource, especially on education and health care.......As someone with science background and who recognizes the danger of having citizens who can construct buildings, but not able to construct world views without pulling out machetes or guns, the attention given to Humanities/Fine Arts in colleges shouldn't be underestimated, as its contribution to vibrant and rich culture is immense......
