I don't understand what "free-tembien" is joyous about. Listen, there is no Amhara land to be awarded for TPLF. Even if it means 1,000 years of war, no Amhara will allow TPLF to take an inch of Amhara land. Humera, Raya, Welqait is forever Amhara. Abiy Ahmed ( from a dusty village of በሻሻ of ኩሉኮንታ) has no power to decide on the future of Raya. Understand?

Abere, before the start of the war welkait was under tigray administration for 30 years.
after the war it is under amhara administration. see the difference?

Don't trust that ውታፍ ነቃይ Daniel Kibret. He sold his soul like any hodam out there. He is trying to calm people on behalf of Abiy. The reality is that Abiy initiated a talk with Feltman and this is the politics of Oromuma where it sees Ethiopianists and Amhara Nationalists as a new threat for his power.

I would rather say TPLF got "Dr. Abiy". The sneaky US will drop the PM in the hands of TPLF after it ruined his "partnership" with Russia, China, and Turkey. I have no doubt that the PM r/p with these countries will get sore very soon. As he forsaken Ethiopians, he will do the same to those who ransomed his administration from UN sanction after sanctions. During the PM visits in Turkey, President Erdogan bashed P. Al Burhan (who was in Ankara prior to the Ethiopian PM) by stating:
Ethiopia is a reliable friend ... . But, I don't think that he would like to hear or read that comment again

Russia, China and Turkey like to get paid for their hard wares. They don't necessarily bail failed states out; so they understand well Abiy's role to play the games and avoid as much sanctions as he can to earn foreign currency to pay its bills. Turkey is struggling her self with its lira 46% weaker than a year ago; so, Erdogan will be happy for Abiy to pay for Drones bill using windfall from reversing the looming sanctions by the US; that includes avoiding a possible freezing of WB, IMF funds. Erdogan is familiar in playing such games with the US after buying Russian defense systems. BTW, he can still bash Al Burhan all over again, because, the dude is not in the level & potential profit for Turkey as Abiy is.
