How come no Kilil except Oromia Kilil supported the release of the woyane leeches

I have yet to see " የድጋፍ መግለጫ" from the rest of the regional governments. The Oromia Kilil government was not only the first to support it, its support was announced at the same time as the decision was made public thru govt media. I kind of think the decision was made by Oromia Kilil.
Even if the other regions come out in support of this decision, now, it will be too late. Their silence speak volumes. Any support of the government policy would be coerced to keep party unity and could not be genuine.
