Are you considering the fact that 80% of ENDF Weapons were stored in Tigray and taken by TPLF

Even after 18 months the moral and physical courage of ENDF soliders is not overwhelming as it appears to win this war, that is why we are seeing constant swings. Soldiers who fight with a just cause could have a moral right that is why Afar & Fano were successful on the war front compared to ENDF.
ENDF has to solve it's soldier's moral dilemma otherwise it's 2nd defeat will be inevitable

Endf has the weapons but not the spirit!
Imagine if fano was given Endf Semien Ez weapons!! The war wouldn’t turn out this way!
