How does Ethiopia get rid of its ethnic regions?

There's nothing wrong with federalism which still means a central government having supreme, ultimate power over the entirety of its country. However Ethiopia should no longer have regions that are named after any ethnic group with the intention to let that ethnic group be the only privileged group within any particular region. Every inch of territory across Ethiopia belongs to all Ethiopians hence why Tigray, Oromia etc should no longer exist.

Kenya doesn't have Kikuyu state or Luhya state, likewise Eritrea doesn't have Kunama region or Saho region so why should Ethiopia have monoethnic regions named after any ethnicity?

PS secession should be banned by the Ethiopian constitution and no region should be allowed to have their own flag, anthem, emblem, armed forces etc.

Interesting yaballo you corrected me. Nevertheless African countries that are ethnically heterogeneous should not have monoethnic regions or at the very least regions that are named after one or more ethnic groups
