Aba, I agree that Meles has his place in history for starting the GERD dam and PM Abiy will go in history for completing the dam.
After Meles, TPLF looters gave the project to METEC and almost killed it.

Whether you like it or not, PM Abiy has a huge popular support that are ready to sacrifice their lives in millions. Believe me he will be good and will complete the GERD dam. No question about that. He is one passionate workaholic guy who monitors the dam performance almost every day.

Popular support does not assure place in history. Hitler and Mussolini were popular also. It guaranteed them a place in infamy. Besides, whose popular support? The diaspora, or the poor peasants' children being mangled to smithereens?
