Ethiopia's prime minister Abiy Ahmed is a young dreamer
Posted: 04 Jan 2022, 21:36
He dreams of conquering Ethiopia former northern province, the red sea waterway which is tightly controlled by Djibouti, Egypt, the United States and the European Union, and more importantly Somalia's vast pristine coastline, In April 2018, he revealed his dream that Ethiopia will have a navy, but that’s easier said than done, Ethiopia will never have a navy, not in a million years.
Like Abiy Ahmed, more and more Ethiopians are realizing the importance of ocean, Unfortunately, the only thing we have is a long fabricated history of imaginary civilization, warrior kings who failed miserably to secure maritime outlets and overcrowded aid-dependent landlocked country which is the epicentre of instability in the HOA.
Hats off to Somalis for conquering and protecting the longest and the richest coastline in Africa.
