Amiches and Olf strategy after Tplf

Tarik and Co. are cheering Ethiopian government today, why? They want to annhilate Tigray. That is why Tplf is Amiche too and they don't give a hoot about Tigray. After Tplf ends, the Amiches want to replace Tplf#2 with Olf. This is the goal.
