Time for FANO to exit Western Tigray where 700,000 Tegaru are in concentration camps.

Time for occupying Eritrean forces to leave. The IC may need to carry out strikes against them if don't comply or further sanctions.

The Hague is keeping them out not because they want peace or "phase" - fear of the Hague because they know the genocides committed in Tigray.
