U.S State Dep't calls on Ethiopia to allow full, independent credible investigations by UN Human Rights Council experts

I commend the UN Human Rights Council for establishing an international commission of human rights experts on Ethiopia and call on Ethiopian authorities to allow full, independent, credible investigations and subsequent accountability mechanisms.
