The Beher-Behereseboch (nations & nationalities) trick did really served agames. Their international enablers also helped
You see the Oromos, Southerners, Somalis and many other ethnicities saw agames as saviors or messaiahs. Agames tricked them to believe that Behere behereseboch were enslaved by amhara in the past and are set free by agames in 1991. All they did to them is allow them to have a flag and use their local languages in courts plus a yearly dance and music festival where the nations and nationalities entertain their agame boses. So the beher-behereseboch ganged up on the concept of Ethiopia, its unity, Amhara and Orthodox by extension.
beher-behereseboch slowly started to understand that they were coned. there was no freedom to speak about when they saw their lands and resources was siphoned away to enrich only agames and a handful of corrupt beher-behereseboch ashkers. after 25 years of abuse, behere-behereseboch started to not see amhara as their boggy man and started to collaborate on ousting the agame.
Had it not for the beher-behereseboch low IQ (which you still see here in some oromo folks who see agame as their saviour), the agame would not have lasted a year or two
