Abe, never missed a penalty kick in my very short carrer in football back in Asmara or Addis.
I don't know if you remember it, but once we (the Ethio national team were playing against Uganda) we were awarded a penalty kick and believe you me, the likes of Mohammed (RIP-former Electric) player and the likes who been playing for 10 years more than me refused to volunteer and the German coach asked me if I can and I was a 18 or 19 years little young man who didn't grasp its gravity or didn't care about my future of football career (cause I had not) said ok. As much I like to play football for fun and was good at it, it was not my focus. I hate training, that the coaches in Asmara or Addis has to send cars to find me and take me. Any way, It was raining and the pitch was so muddy and very wet and yes I kicked it.....scored the goal slipped and fell on my [deleted].
I used my football ability to take advantage to get exempted from Mengustu's policies and to get out of Ethiopia. If not, may be I would have joined our struggle like my friends or deported by the coward woyane in inhumane way with the 100 thousand innocent Eritreans.
And for some reason the football videos you are posting are not being accessible to me. May be my android phone is a crappy one.
But thank you for trying to satisfy my football love.
