Guys be patient. Yabello is writing about what he wishes to happen, not what is going to happen. TPLF and the Ethiopian government call each other enemy. Negotiation between enemies is possible if they are in stalemate. When one is completely on the verge of wiping out its enemy doesn’t sit down to negotiate.
If there is any negotiation, it will be for the surrender of TPLF leaders who will be charged for thousands of lives lost, properties stolen, damaged, and burned.

If there was a deal with tplf do you think tplf would be fighting in wollo region? Why lose their fighters there? Why would you think pp would want tplf alive? After all tplf made it clear that they're after pp.
