Moral low can be measured in how you deal with issues of others. If the issue is about Ethiopia and you don't involve Ethiopia itself in its own agenda, then you are on moral low, you will be destined to lose.
There is a saying which goes like “it will help a lot in solving problems if we talk to each other instead of about each other”, or somehting in the line.
Wise people talk with the concerned, while inept (cowardice) love to talk about the concerned of an issue.
Mrs. Merkel, Germany's former Chancellor, went to meet Mr. Trump, former American President, in White House and told him
"it is always good to talk with each other, instead of talking about each other".
Today, Germany is at it again, talking over someone else, instead of talking with that someone else, by taking part in this dubious meeting in the name of human rights.

the likes of Germany, UK, France, Italy are all missing from the list. hmm looks like only those mini countries who are easily manipulated by the US are on the list.

which list are you talking about?
All those you mentioned are already in the list of member countries, so that they didn't need to be listed in the observes list.
My comment applies to all of them.

I don't see Asian countries as well, if I correctly scrolled and read the entire list right. It is boycotted both by African and Asian countries as well. How could this be a meeting. The world is truly a non-bipartisan world. How is this world getting better?

Ethiopia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the move had a “politically motivated objective” and accused some members of the human rights body of
Choosing “to advance their political agenda through the work of the Council.”
“Ethiopia therefore calls on members of the Council to categorically reject and vote against the special session and its politically motivated outcome,” the ministry said on Monday in a statement.
“What should have been a priority for the Council instead was the urgent task of carrying out investigation into the violations of human rights and atrocities committed by the TPLF terrorist group in the Afar and Amhara regional states. It is unfortunate to witness that no such call has come forth from some in the Council.
The controversial proposal emerged last Friday, pushed by the European Union. On Monday, EU’s Head of Delegation to the UN in Geneva Lotte Knudsen wrote a joint letter with Slovak Permanent Representative to the UN in Geneva Anita Pipan asking for a special session “because of the importance and urgency of the situation” in Ethiopia. They said the request had the support of both members and observer states of the Human Rights Council, such as the US (which only returned to supporting the body after President Donald Trump left power.) As is the rule, such a move required at least a third of the members supporting and according to the letter, 17 members of the Council and 35 non-members endorsed the call to have it go on later on Tuesday.
There is a saying which goes like "there is no smoke without a fire".
If the issue was about solving a given problem, here addressing the human rights conditions, then there wouldn't been a need to discuss about Ethiopia without its own due involvement. The goal is not what the purported claim says, it is “to advance their political agenda through the work of the Council”, as the Ethiopian government correctly pointed out here in this media report.
