No, that is not going to happen. It is impossible. It is another let us negotiate plan.
It is to send a message that we cannot quit please negotiate. I believe the guy is reading them pretty well. He will not fall for it,

Negotiation ? It is a very dangerous word. I guess you mean " let us talk ".
