Eritrea puts Ethiopia's national interest first then its interests, while Djibouti always puts its own interests first and then its neighbours's interests, The reason is that Monsieur Isaias Afwerki, the sole ruler of Eritrea is emotionally attached to Ethiopia, It's a sad reality, But Eritrea's future should not be tied to the situation in war torn Ethiopia.
