I wonder who is organizing this protest- am sceptical about it
1 . It’s way too late to be believable for someone to say s/he oppose TPLF after seeing reports of half a million life lost
2. Most importantly, for the city’s security !

I am 100% sure that more than 95% of these people are either Junta or Junta supporters. Never trust these people!!

Didn't I said most Tigrayans are Juntas? Here you go. Only 10 Women come to the protest!!

On top of that the focus shouldn’t be on only Tigrayans. By now it has become obvious , specially for the security apparatus, that Ethiopia isn’t fighting OLA and TPLF alone, rather an array of enemies. Therefore citizens should have a very wide open eye particularly with foreigners but without intimidating them!

Unfortunately many people, including most top top Abiy Ahmed officials are not wise enough to see beyond their horizons!!

That will be another battle front for PP/Abiy for another time/for a later date.

TPLF was terrorizing the people all over the places, including and specially in Tigray itself. During the heyday of TPLF speaking against the entity seemed to many just committing a crime against one's own family members or other associates safety because of the dead sure repercussion that will follow.

It needs to reach at certain threshold for the simmering anger to reach explosion to the public and say enough is enough. Now it is on its death bed and can't pose any sort of great danger to the those on the other side of the divide of ideas and the people can now dare to come out and say "not in my name".

This could be the beginning for other similar protests in Tigray proper itself, I just think.

The level of the agony the people of Tigray are subjected to is simply no more bearable, I think that could be the reason.

I am not good at (Geo)politics, but isn’t that amount to declaring a pain in the but* independent neighbouring country administered by EU, US and all hostile countries combined to Ethiopia and Eritrean alike???
