The press statement released by the Eritrean Embassy in Washington and amplified by the Ministry of Information on December 3 is not accurate. Eritrean forces in northern Ethiopia have blocked access to humanitarian assistance. They have also committed serious and widespread human rights abuses, including rape and the killing of children, as documented by the Ethiopian Human Rights Commission, the Ethiopian Attorney General, and numerous others.

The United States calls on Eritrea to permanently and immediately withdraw its forces from Ethiopia.

Eritrea’s continued misguided military involvement in the conflict in northern Ethiopia is destabilizing the region, exacerbating an already dire humanitarian situation, and hindering efforts to achieve a negotiated solution to the conflict.

[Facts]

Eritrean forces have blocked US control of entire region via servant puppet entities like junta TPLF

But what is the fear? It is not threat of terrorism, it is not for resources or military geostrategic reasons. It simply desire to subjugate and control others. A true sickness.

People of entire region should forget US and work together and with others like China to build infrastructure and uplift economies of entire region. Don’t need American or EU bosses as supervisors for development.
