Abiy destroyed the power station of the Tekeze HydroElectric power dam , a civilian facility which was built by Ethiopian money and I expect Ethiopia is still servicing it's debt. TDF could destroy the central distribution power station in Kombelcha but has never done so far as TDF is abiding by the war rule of not damaging civilian facilities.
