Some one needs to ask him why the USA didn't negotiate with AL Qaida. Once you admit who the wrong doer is, asking for dialogue with the wrong doer is indirectly protecting it.
If he admits that tplf started the war and the genocide, he shouldn't demand Ethiopia to forgive the terrorists and negotiate with the terrorists.
NO MORE to the intervention is working but still need to get pushed so, these kind of stupid congress man should focus and help Ethiopia in the destruction not only of woyane, but the whole tigray just like the USA destroyed the whole cities of many countries killing millions of people.
