Not sure I get what you are trying to say here. But we have heard plenty of times claims of killing thousands of enemy soldiers while the enemy is advancing all the way to Drbrebirhan.
Now if Dessie and Kombolcha are liberated, then we can say the 10k sacrificed tale is fake.

The tone is of a call to rise and resist. It just indicates there still isn't a force that is defeating the enemy. It is the same as the previous calls by the Amhara region government.
